Christina earned her Bachelor in Business Marketing and Master of Science in Leadership and Professional Administration from Duquesne University. She is certified by both the Professional Human Resources Institute (PHR) and the Society of Human Resources (SHRM-CP). She has expertise in every facet of the EmployShare system and is a team leader of the organization.

Dan is a co-founder and President of EmployShare, Inc. and has more than twenty-nine years of professional HR experience. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Music (1979). He worked for four national outsourcing companies before forming EmployShare with partner Richard Caputo. Dan is responsible for business development.
Mr. D’Alio is also an accomplished musician, recording artist and producer. He has performed with numerous orchestras, bands and recording artists around the nation and currently owns and manages his own professional recording studio. He believes that the disciplines in music and business are closely related. “To reach a very high level of performance expertise, you must practice perfectly and consistently, “says Dan. “And you must constantly consider all options for improvement in your methods. This is the same work ethic that Richard and I apply to our business.” Dan is married with three daughters, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren.

Jeffery A. Bovalino previously acted in the capacity of Director of Human Resources for a large human services agency located in Western Pennsylvania for twelve years. He also served on the Board of Directors for this organization as Secretary during the same time period. Subsequent to this, Mr. Bovalino received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, serving as a Member of the Law Review. Over the next eleven years, Attorney Bovalino took over a veteran attorney’s private practice when this attorney was elected to the office of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania. This practice was large and diverse exposing Mr. Bovalino to a wide variety of civil and criminal matters, municipal law and employment related litigation. Attorney Bovalino currently serves as In-house Counsel for EmployShare as well as a member of EmployShare’s Business Development Team.

Megan M. Coulter graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both English and Communication and Rhetorical Studies. Megan then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Duquesne Law and licensure to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania. Her legal experience began as a Certified Legal Intern with the City of Pittsburgh Law Department where she represented the City in labor dispute proceedings. Then as an associate attorney with a civil defense litigation firm, Megan defended employers in employment related disputes. Megan also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable C. Gus Kwidis in the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas Civil Division, where her time was devoted to extensive legal research and writing on issues including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, tortious interference with contractual relationships and non-compete/non-solicitation agreements. This experience landed Megan with EmployShare where she is currently employed as an employment law consultant.

Richard is a 1971 Bucknell University graduate in Business Administration. He became licensed in insurance in 1975 and founded The Caputo Insurance Agency in 1979. He is co-founder and partner in EmployShare, Inc., managing the operational and financial components of the organization. The Caputo Agency is also an integral part of the EmployShare Single Source System, providing business insurance packages to a majority of EmployShare financial practice owner clients.
